Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Conversational Chat Bot Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating virtual Chat Bot agents that deliver personalized and contextual information in real-time. Your expertise will help us solve customer challenges, design end-to-end conversational interactions, and develop mockups, flows, and prototypes that bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create virtual Chat Bot agents that engage users and deliver personalized experiences

• Design and develop conversational interactions that meet user needs and expectations
• Collaborate with our support team to assess use cases, identify user questions, and develop effective solutions
• Develop mockups, flows, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure design alignment and provide feedback and guidance
• Champion a user-first approach, conducting thorough client and user research to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of human-machine interactions and conversational design principles

Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in Conversation Design, with a focus on creating engaging digital experiences

• Strong writing experience, with attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and effectively
• Proven track record of defining, socializing, testing, iterating on, and delivering outstanding digital experiences
• Experience writing for social and new media, with a focus on creating engaging content that resonates with users
• Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively, with a willingness to continuously develop new skills
• Experience explaining ideas visually, using content flows, mockups, or prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Knowledge of human-machine interactions and conversational design principles is an advantage
• Previously published at least one Virtual Agent is a significant advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in Journalism, Communication, English Literature, Creative Writing, Technical Writing, or related fields

• Experience working with serial tech entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley
• Familiarity with cutting-edge software tools and processes, with a willingness to learn and adapt
