Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and processing online wholesale orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and loyalty
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and customer service skills
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales performance

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time (if working in a warehouse or retail environment)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Faire or Fashiongo, or other e-commerce platforms

  • Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping procedures and protocols
  • Sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
