- Ensure the office is open, operational, and running smoothly on a daily basis — your consistent presence and ownership of the office is essential.
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day coordination to support team members in reaching their full potential.
- Handle customer appointments with professionalism, identifying insurance needs and recommending the right solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent communication, follow-up, and a genuine commitment to service.
- Proactively reach out to customers to cross-sell and round out accounts, contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual agency goals.
- Manage and track all client interactions and office activity in Salesforce CRM with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Leverage AI tools and technology to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and personalize the customer experience.
- Oversee compliance with established policies and procedures and ensure all daily tasks, follow-ups, and policy changes are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor business metrics and contribute to marketing initiatives and community outreach to support agency growth.
- Maintain a professional office environment and uphold the agency's reputation for excellence.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in an insurance, financial services, or customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to be reliable and present — someone who takes ownership and follows through until issues are fully resolved.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills — polished, professional, and confident even in high-pressure situations.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Strong computer literacy including CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and AI-based productivity tools.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health License required.
- Securities License 6, 63, or 65 required (or willingness to obtain).
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
