Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the food delivery or retail industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
