Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent on our Live Chat team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through real-time chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of service
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting issues and providing step-by-step solutions
  • Recording and maintaining detailed logs of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalating when necessary
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Continuously seeking to improve the customer experience by gathering feedback and suggesting improvements
  • Staying updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
  • Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a live chat environment
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools is preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Experience working in a healthcare or home care environment
  • Familiarity with remote patient monitoring (RPM) and other home care technologies
  • Experience working with CRM software and live chat tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
