Responsibilities

As the face of our customer, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers in a kind and useful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty
  • Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility
  • Working with a safety mentality to ensure the highest standards of service
  • Navigating challenges with a steady and adaptable approach
  • Maintaining composure and managing issues while not taking customer frustration personally
  • Working collaboratively with others to support your colleagues and help them be successful

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage
  • Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards
