What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Night Shift Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to arenaflex customers through text-based conversations. You'll be the first point of contact for customers with simple account-related issues, such as password resets, shipping questions, subscription changes, and more. You'll have access to internal tools, help center articles, and live support to ensure that you're equipped to handle any situation that arises.
Your Core Responsibilities
* Accept and manage inbound chat conversations from customers
- Resolve basic issues using internal tools and help center articles
- Stay polite, professional, and calm, even in high-pressure situations
- Take notes on every chat to ensure seamless follow-up and escalation
- Tag complex or unusual issues for escalation
- Log out, go to bed, and wake up knowing you've earned a serious paycheck while others were sleeping
