Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries in real-time through chat platforms, providing accurate and timely solutions to their concerns.
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service experience.
  • Providing information about our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported.
  • Following up with customers to ensure that issues are resolved, and their concerns are addressed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to type quickly and accurately, with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively.

  • The ability to troubleshoot technical issues, with a focus on resolving customer concerns efficiently.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
