Experienced Data Entry Representative – Remote Customer Support

Our team of clinicians work with consumers to coordinate engagement in their care to ensure proper management of medical and psychosocial needs. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join our Customer Support team. This is a fully remote, hourly, full-time position that requires proficiency in English. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring information is entered correctly, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering, updating, and verifying data in various software systems with high accuracy.
  • Maintaining consistency and integrity of information across multiple databases.
  • Communicating with team members to resolve discrepancies and clarify data when needed.
  • Reviewing and validating data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Support department to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Assisting in generating reports or summaries based on the data entry work.
  • Following company policies and procedures for data protection and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry and Management: + Enter, update, and verify data in various software systems with high accuracy. + Maintain consistency and integrity of information across multiple databases.

  • Communication and Collaboration:

+ Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies and clarify data when needed. + Collaborate with the Customer Support department to ensure seamless information flow.

  • Quality Control and Assurance:

+ Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness before submission. + Assist in generating reports or summaries based on the data entry work.

  • Compliance and Confidentiality:

+ Follow company policies and procedures for data protection and confidentiality.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a data entry role or similar, preferably in a customer support environment.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency with databases, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Essential Qualifications:
