Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting with return mail operations, including:

  • Triage and identification of new address information for correspondence using internal and external resources and databases
  • Outbound phone calls to members to verify address information
  • Data entry and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date member information
  • Collaboration with internal teams to resolve address discrepancies and ensure timely delivery of correspondence
  • Continuous monitoring of databases and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Qualification & Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in multiple database programs and platforms
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Call center experience and strong communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Medicare experience (a plus!)

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits
