Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our clients to their customers, handling everything from order updates to packaging guidance, primarily through HubSpot tickets and live chat, with phone calls as needed for complex issues or personal follow-ups. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via HubSpot (email, live chat, tickets) with speed and empathy
  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls for clarifications, escalations, and relationship building
  • Troubleshooting order issues, product questions, and platform navigation
  • Collaborating across teams to identify and resolve recurring issues
  • Maintaining detailed records and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported
  • Meeting response time targets and quality metrics

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience (B2B or ecommerce preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication (minimal accent preferred for phone calls)
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with packaging, shipping, or e-commerce operations would be a bonus in this role.
