Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions. You'll also work with our food program and help maintain our high standards for store appearance.

Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Run the register and cashier with accuracy and efficiency
• Make purchase suggestions to customers and help them find the products they need
• Work with our food program and help maintain our high standards for store appearance
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interact with customers daily and work with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
• Come up with great ideas to solve problems and think quickly to offer suggestions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive, dynamic work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail and customer service experience preferred
• Sales associate or cashiering experience a plus
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and have fun

Physical Requirements

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
