Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer support agent to join our healthcare outreach team. As a call center agent, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to healthcare organizations on behalf of our clients. Your primary goal will be to verify provider details, schedule follow-up calls, and capture accurate notes in our CRM. Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to healthcare organizations to verify provider details and schedule follow-up calls - Capture accurate notes in our CRM to ensure seamless communication and follow-up - Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and organizations - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support - Meet or exceed daily call targets, with a focus on quality and accuracy - Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve performance

Essential Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare providers - Proficiency in CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily call targets - Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field - Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance - Certification in customer service or a related field - Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages - Experience with sales or business development, with a focus on relationship building
