Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately inputting data into arenaflex systems and databases
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Meeting daily and weekly data entry targets
- Ensuring high visibility of work activity and results
- Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency
- Identifying and correcting data entry errors promptly
- Monitoring and reporting on data entry progress and results
- Striving for continuous improvement in data entry efficiency
- Participating in training sessions for professional development
- Utilizing pipelines to forecast data entry success
- Adapting to new data entry tools and technologies
- Providing feedback on data entry processes for improvement
Experience/Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 40 wpm, accurate typing required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and information
- Eager to learn and participate in training sessions for professional development
- Proficient in navigating software, data entry software, and tools, with a focus on accuracy
- Attention to detail to identify and correct data entry errors promptly
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with high visibility of work activity
- Experience in achieving and exceeding daily and weekly data entry targets
- Ability to adapt to new data entry tools and technologies
- Ability to utilize pipelines to forecast data entry success
- Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members
- Experience in monitoring and reporting on data entry progress and results
- Able to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have good and reliable high-speed internet required, no working off Wi-Fi or hot spot
- Must have a private and quiet workspace; without interruptions during the day
