Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner, providing prompt and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Assisting customers with issues related to orders, product details, returns, and troubleshooting, ensuring that their concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
  • Following up on customer issues to ensure that resolutions are handled timely and accurately, providing a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and arenaflex policies to provide accurate and effective assistance to our customers.
  • Utilizing internal tools to track customer interactions and update records as required, ensuring that customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Meeting daily performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and case resolution, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of English, enabling you to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Experience

While previous experience in customer service, online chat support, or related fields is an advantage, it is not mandatory. However, experience with arenaflex's platform or e-commerce support is a plus, as is demonstrated ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

As a part-time remote Online Chat Support Representative, you will have flexibility to work during various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Total weekly hours may vary depending on availability and business needs, generally ranging between 15-30 hours per week.
