Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Training Specialist, you will travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time) to install and convert our software for customers, providing customized training and support to key dealership personnel. When not on the road, you will support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers from your home office. This is a high-travel position that requires excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time) to install and convert arenaflex software for customers, providing customized training and support to key dealership personnel

• Meet with dealership management to understand customer needs and requirements
• Customize the system to meet customer needs and train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution
• Support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers from your home office
• Collaborate with experienced representatives to assist with customer set-up and implementation
• Participate in department observations, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training with a mentor

Requirements

* Ability to travel (overnight hotel stays) approximately 80% of the time

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Training and Development

* Comprehensive training program that lasts approximately 2-3 months, including department observations, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training with a mentor

• Classroom instruction includes product training as well as automotive dealership operations
• Opportunity to focus on one area of the software during product training and assist experienced representatives with customer set-up and implementation

Compensation and Benefits

* Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
