Key Responsibilities

As a Member Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Building Strong Relationships: Learn about our members' unique situations, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Educating and Empowering: Educate members on the ways we can help them afford life, including our financial products and services.
• Providing Meaningful Solutions: Offer careful, focused, and ethical product solutions that meet our members' needs and exceed their expectations.
• Processing Transactions: Process transactions with courtesy and professionalism, including transfers, payments, IRAs, CDs, open accounts, wire transfers, and dispute resolution.
• Staying Ahead of the Curve: Stay up-to-date with financial industry trends, products, services, and technological advances to provide expert guidance to our members.
• Sharing Knowledge: Share your expertise with colleagues on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
• Collaborating with Teammates: Work closely with your teammates to provide exceptional service, support, and solutions to our members.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Financial Acumen: Have a solid understanding of financial products and services, similar to a Relationship Banker or Personal Banker.

• Leadership Experience: Hold an informal or formal leadership position at your current workplace, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire others.

• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work well with others, even in high-pressure situations, to achieve common goals.
