Customer Care at arenaflex
Customer care is at the heart of everything we do at arenaflex. Our customers rely on us to provide a seamless experience, from ordering to delivery. As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. You'll work closely with our drivers and dry cleaning partners to resolve any issues that arise, and you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Work closely with drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure continued great service to our customers
- Address any issues that may occur, including technical problems and customer complaints
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Think on your feet and use your own initiative to resolve complex issues
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution
- Work hard and weekends when required to meet customer needs
Requirements
We're looking for someone with the following characteristics, skills, and experience to join our team:
- Two years' minimum previous customer care experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well-organised and punctual
- Reliable and supportive team member
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Honesty and professionalism in everything you do
- Comfortable handling 50+ calls on a daily basis
- Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
