Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and via email. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling maintenance and repair appointments
- Liaising between customers and the workshop to ensure timely updates and resolutions
- Processing job cards, invoices, and warranty claims
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting front-office admin tasks
- Providing relevant, accurate, and timely information to customers, ensuring that their expectations are managed at all times
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with:
- Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role, preferably in the automotive or transport industry
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and service management systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping customers
