The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service over the phone and by email to help resolve their queries. You will work as a member of our Customer Service Team, handling inbound calls from customers and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to work from our Newbury office a minimum of 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from customers and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Support customers with their vehicle quote or order queries
- Liaise with specialist teams within arenaflex, where needed, to help resolve customer queries
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and by email
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Service Team to achieve team goals and objectives

- The ability to listen, empathise, and build rapport and understanding with customers
- Strong computer literacy skills and the confidence to learn new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An excellent eye for detail and the ability to take ownership of queries to get them resolved
