About the Role
As an Experienced Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking and assembling online grocery orders, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy while maintaining strict safety and hygiene standards. Your daily tasks will involve selecting products from different temperature zones, ensuring proper labeling and documentation, and packing orders in a space-efficient and safe manner. You will also support customer satisfaction by resolving issues and delivering great service.
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a grocery delivery or warehouse environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives
- Basic math skills and ability to count change
