What You'll Do
As a Digital Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers via phone and email. You'll be responsible for:
- Making energy easy to understand for our customers, cutting through jargon and providing clear explanations of their bills, meters, and tariffs.
- Solving problems like a pro, whether it's a billing query, a meter issue, or a complex energy conundrum.
- Handling end-to-end service via phone or email, ensuring customers get the right help the first time.
- Thinking on your feet, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex issues.
- Treating every customer with care and kindness, just like you would your own family.
- Making a real impact on our customers' lives, whether it's helping someone struggling with their energy bills or advising on greener energy choices.

Our Process
Our hiring process typically takes up to 4 weeks, but we'll always do our best to flex around what works for you. Here's what you can expect:
- First Stage Interview: You'll have the opportunity to speak to one of our team members or record your responses to pre-set questions at a time that fits you.
- Prep Call: After your first interview, you'll arrange a call with someone from our Talent Team, who'll give you an overview of what you need to know to succeed in the next stage.
- Discovery Day: This is an opportunity to meet potential future colleagues and participate in activities, including group exercises, role plays, and one-on-one interviews.
- Final Interview: The last stage is the final interview, where you'll visit our office, meet two of our leadership team, and have a chance to ask any final questions.
