The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative on our FEMA program, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by disasters. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming calls and inquiries from individuals seeking assistance related to disaster recovery
  • Accurately providing information regarding FEMA programs, eligibility requirements, and application processes
  • Documenting interactions thoroughly and maintaining accurate records of customer inquiries and assistance provided
  • Addressing customer concerns with professionalism and empathy while ensuring a compassionate approach
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and escalating complex cases when necessary
