Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Live Chat and Email Support Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and email channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and assist customers with transactions, order status, and account-related concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved queries.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Stay up to date with company products, promotions, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service tools and CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, live chat, email support, or a related role is preferred. Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-related industries is a plus. Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience but excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
