Position Summary

We're seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our customer experience team, providing exceptional support to our customers via live chat. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a thoughtful, timely, and professional support experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, order status, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating to other departments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure seamless customer communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify recurring issues and offer suggestions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Support occasional outbound communication for follow-ups or customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer support, live chat, or a related field is preferred.

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience using chat software, CRM systems, or helpdesk tools is a plus.
  • A proactive, customer-first attitude with a calm and patient demeanor.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate, ranging from $22.86 to $32.86 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:

Shift and Work Location
