As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring that they have an outstanding experience with arenaflex.

Responsibilities

As a Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Using our operating system-based software to manage incoming and outgoing orders and transfers
  • Assigning (dispatching) the daily workload for the DC employees according to the existing service and quality standards defined by arenaflex
  • Completing all associated shipping and customs documents for truckload & courier shipments, ensuring timely shipping
  • Operating within a high-paced environment and professional atmosphere, which requires constant adjustment of priorities and workloads
  • Providing instructions to drivers
  • Once cross-trained, filling in as the LTL or Flatbed shipper in their absence
  • Working in collaboration with the Customer Service & Logistics teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues with orders/transfers are addressed in a timely basis
  • Working directly with drivers & customers and representing the company with integrity
  • Assisting in customer complaint investigations and processes
  • Evenly distributing workloads through dispatch process to maintain a positive level of picker activity
  • Organizing and filing all paperwork daily to ensure ease of access
  • Completing select monthly reports

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in operating system-based software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with dispatching and logistics
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
