Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience that exceeds our customers' expectations. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use your knowledge of our products and services to provide personalized recommendations and solutions. You'll also be responsible for operating a cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services

  • Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
  • Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service
  • Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items
  • Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash and distribute change as requested
  • Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
  • Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records
  • Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
  • Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
  • Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise
  • Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures
  • Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products
  • Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers
  • Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers
  • Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned

Training & Personal Development

* Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate

  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Basic Qualifications

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment

  • Prefer to have prior work experience with arenaflex
  • Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary Range: $15 - $17.5 / Hourly
