Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating consultations, referrals, admissions, and appointments for physicians and consumers seeking access to our organization
• Supporting patient transfer calls, referral admissions, and critical care transport coordination
• Serving as the primary contact for marketing activities and fulfilling related requests in partnership with marketing teams
• Registering patients/customers for screenings and wellness classes
• Working within various electronic healthcare systems to:

+ Explain organizational and departmental policies + Review health information via EMR + Schedule appointments and pre-register patients + Communicate with clinic staff via EMR or phone + Facilitate nurse triage access via EMR or live transfer

• Providing immediate access and resolution for patients contacting referral services
• Supporting the Primary Care Same Day Campaign and Telehealth partnerships

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two years of customer service experience
• Prior experience in the medical field
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients, families, physicians, administrators, and nursing staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
