As a leading company in the distribution industry, we're seeking an experienced Distribution Customer Service Representative to join our team in South Fresno, CA. This is a temporary to hire opportunity, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with some overtime during peak season.

Job Details
As a Distribution Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer support. If you're passionate about customer service, have a knack for problem-solving, and a strong understanding of distribution processes and logistics, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and shipping
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Track shipments using various courier systems (UPS, FedEx) and resolve any issues that arise
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and data analysis
Qualifications
The successful candidate for this position must possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of the distribution industry, including shipping, tracking, and bills of lading
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficient in data entry and good working knowledge of relevant software (MS Office, in particular)
- Experience with UPS and FedEx systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales and pricing strategies
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
