What You'll Do
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously
- Preparing food items, such as our delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while keeping our coffee station clean and organized
- Operating the cash register, handling payments, activating fuel and gift cards, as well as assisting with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products
- Ensuring our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting
- Helping keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines
- Completing store housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a pro
- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation
- Enjoys working in a team environment
Compensation
The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
