Your Role

As a Sales Enablement & Customer Success Werkstudent (m/w/d), you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales and customer success teams. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Live-Chat & First-Level-Support

• Provide exceptional customer service through our live-chat platform, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assess and categorize customer inquiries, determining which can be resolved directly and which require escalation to second- or third-level support teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

### Vertrags- & Zahlungsmanagement

• Manage customer contracts and payment processes, ensuring seamless execution and timely payment.
• Create and manage customer subscriptions within our system, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
• Ensure that the correct billing processes are in place for our customers, minimizing errors and delays.

### Onboarding & Systemeinrichtung für neue Kunden

• Process and onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
• Set up new customers in our system, providing them with a seamless and intuitive experience.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to continuously improve the onboarding process.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing or sales, either through internships or part-time work.
• A strong interest in SaaS, sales, and hybrid work environments.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Basic knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems (not required but a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in German and excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
