Experienced Customer Happiness Intern – Book Publishing and Marketplace Support

Job Description As a Customer Happiness Intern at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our authors, creative publishing professionals, and optimizing conversion. You'll be part of a close-knit team of 8, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: * Offering support to arenaflex users through various channels, including email, chat, and phone * Reviewing projects submitted on our platform to ensure seamless execution * Building customer funnels to reactivate users and introduce arenaflex's features to them * Maintaining and updating our FAQ based on user feedback and questions * Suggesting product features based on user feedback * Contributing to maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 86% Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * An analytical mind with a passion for problem-solving * Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team * Strong writing skills, with perfect grammar and spelling * Native-level English speaker * Availability to work full-time for 6 months * Customer support experience is a plus, but not a necessity Bonus Points If you have: * Previous experience working in a marketplace and/or creative industry * A good dose of ambition and a great sense of humor * Fluency in French, Spanish, or German Benefits As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy: * The flexibility to work from home * Paid paternal and maternal leave * Annual team retreats to foster collaboration and camaraderie Salary Range £14k – £26k Why Join arenaflex?
