Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Ford Pro Solutions.
  • Leveraging analytics to proactively engage with existing customers, improving product adoption and ensuring their success throughout the customer life cycle.
  • Continuously improving processes by collecting and incorporating customer feedback to enhance overall customer success.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to increase their ROI.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and channel partners to advocate for customer needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service by providing timely, accurate, and consistent support to external and internal stakeholders.
  • Attaining established objectives regarding quality targets, productivity, and customer file maintenance within our CRM.
  • Resolving conflicts, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service to external and internal stakeholders.

You'll Have...

* A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

  • 4+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 4+ years of experience demonstrating excellent follow-up practices, evidenced by consistently achieving a high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score and/or High Net Promoter Score (NPS) for interactions involving follow-up.
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing a CRM tool (i.e. Salesforce).

* Both written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish.

  • Exceptional soft skills, including experience in software implementations with a focus on fleet telematics or fleet management software.
  • Experience working with Dealers or Commercial Fleet customers in a sales or service capacity.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information to understand issues and solutions.
  • Critical thinking skills, with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple ongoing projects.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on building client trust, appreciation, and respect.
  • Flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to write and present effectively in a remote environment.
  • Adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and manage, solve problems, and provide solutions in a climate of ambiguity.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships, defuse conflict, and foster customer-centricity.
