The Customer Success Engineering Team

Our Customer Success Engineering Team is a dynamic, client-facing group that ensures technical solutions for our product's installation, configuration, and customization are seamless and extraordinary for client implementation. As a Software Engineer in this team, you'll be responsible for making sure our products are installed and meet our clients' requirements with integration and performance management. You'll work with a broad range of technologies, including multiple flavors of SQL, NoSQL databases, on-premise environments, Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google), and multiple streaming or messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer in the Customer Success organization, you'll be responsible for:

  • Executing the full software development life cycle, building integrations and enhancements to arenaflex's core product
  • Writing well-designed, testable code
  • Integrating multiple software components into a fully functional software system
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems
  • Deploying and supporting systems in production
  • Complying with best practices and industry standards
  • Working with Agile principles to regularly deliver quality products
  • Ensuring proper feature deployment or product upgrades
  • Providing Second Tier support for clients that are live
  • Other duties as needed

Your Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A BS or MS in computer science, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Java software development or other modern language
  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
  • Client engagement experience and the ability to work with a client in a consultative manner
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Availability to travel up to 15%
