The Role
As a Director of Customer Success, you'll be responsible for leading and scaling our global Customer Success function, managing a team of Customer Success Managers, and driving growth through onboarding, expansion, and renewal. You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize customer lifetime value. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and scaling a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers
- Reporting on key metrics, including customer health, expansion, and renewal rates
- Partnering with Sales on expansion and upsell opportunities
- Collaborating with Product and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Developing and executing customer success strategies that drive growth and retention
- Managing customer feedback and implementing changes to improve the customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
- Strong experience managing and reporting on SaaS metrics, including customer health, expansion, and renewal rates
- Deep familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem, especially Jira and Confluence
- Comfortable working with DevOps and technical buyer personas
- Strong command of Hubspot, Jira, BI tools, and customer engagement platforms
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience working with arenaflex's products and services
- Familiarity with arenaflex's industry and customer base
- Strong understanding of arenaflex's business model and revenue streams
- Experience with arenaflex's technology stack and tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
