You will be responsible for the retention and expansion of arenaflex's accounts in this segment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and maximize lifetime value.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with existing customers to understand their needs and experiences with arenaflex, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth
  • Leading the renewal process from start to finish, including contract negotiations, to ensure a high retention rate
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer investment in arenaflex products and services
  • Working closely with customer success and sales teams to identify opportunities for account expansion
  • Conducting regular account reviews to monitor customer satisfaction and identify any potential issues before renewal
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, using this data to improve future strategies
  • Staying updated on arenaflex product developments and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support and advice to customers
  • Leveraging a combination of tech-touch and personal-touch outreach to employ a proactive approach to ensuring customer health across the Strategic customer-base
  • Taking a consultative approach to ensure that customers are maximizing their usage of arenaflex and will renew their subscriptions year over year
  • Keeping track of customer organizational changes, identifying at-risk customers, and coordinating efforts to eliminate risk
  • Escalating issues to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player, able to work alongside several internal teams
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, sales experience an advantage
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and train others
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Education and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following education and requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Salesforce, Gainsight, Outreach, high-density call volume experience an advantage

  • A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
