What You Will Do:

As a Full Stack Customer Support Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest and provide personalized support
  • Forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Accurately updating and categorizing leads in our system, maintaining data integrity and efficiency
  • Securely handling customers' sensitive information, adhering to our strict data protection policies
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices to deliver exceptional support experiences
  • Maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

What You Need to Succeed in this Role:

To excel as a Customer Support Consultant, you will need:

  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages): Your linguistic skills will be the foundation of your success in this role.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing: Your background in customer-facing roles will help you navigate complex support scenarios.
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads: Your ability to engage with customers and drive results will be essential.
  • Attentive to details: Your focus on accuracy and precision will ensure seamless support experiences.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills: Your ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities will be crucial.
  • Positive and responsible attitude: Your enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional support will shine through in every interaction.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload): Your equipment will be the backbone of your remote work setup.

Will be a Great Plus:

While not required, previous experience working with a luxury brand will be a valuable asset in this role.
