Your Position at arenaflex

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving complex technical and commercial issues. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Managing 1st-level support, as well as interactions with site leaders and evaluating customer feedback on social media platforms
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling data protection inquiries and legal requests in collaboration with our legal department
  • Serving as a liaison between customers, customer care, and various departments within arenaflex
  • Identifying software and hardware issues and supporting the relevant teams in resolving them
  • Analyzing customer complaints, identifying process discrepancies, and suggesting process improvements

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service
  • A strong technical background and a willingness to learn about renewable energy systems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Fluency in German (C-level) and additional languages are a plus
