Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients across the USA. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing solutions to their problems. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients across the USA, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing solutions to their problems

  • Handle an average of 4+ calls per hour, using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to cellular phones, billing, and other services, providing clear and concise explanations to customers
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and work together to resolve complex issues
  • Provide on-site and off-site IT support as needed, using your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Meet and maintain key performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Right Attitude: We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as at least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Remote Customer Service Experience: While not required, experience working in a remote customer service environment is a plus
  • Office Computer Skills: You'll need basic typing, software usage, and internet navigation skills to succeed in this role
  • Work from Home Requirements: You'll need a quiet, distraction-free home office with a minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download
  • Location: You'll need to be located within 50 miles of a arenaflex facility
  • Communication: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, and you'll need to pass a fluency test to demonstrate your language skills
  • Pre-employment Background Check and Drug Screen: You'll need to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen to ensure your safety and the safety of our customers
