Job Description

As a remote data entry research panelist, you'll play a vital role in helping companies gather valuable insights and feedback from diverse groups of people. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in online discussions, surveys, and focus groups to provide feedback on various products and services
  • Completing data entry tasks, such as typing and recording responses, with high accuracy and speed (minimum 25 words per minute)
  • Utilizing your webcam and smartphone for studies that require video or mobile participation
  • Maintaining a quiet and distraction-free workspace, with reliable internet access and a laptop or computer
  • Following oral and written instructions, and adapting to changing study requirements
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless study execution and participant satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or sales a plus

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing study requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and type accurately
  • Reliable internet access, a laptop or computer, and a quiet workspace with minimal distractions
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute, with high accuracy and speed
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and study requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in data entry, administrative assisting, sales, or sales support

  • Background in customer service, healthcare, or sales a plus
  • Familiarity with online survey tools and data entry software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
