Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat & Email Tech Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive seamless and effective technical support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email, providing clear and concise solutions that meet their needs.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through step-by-step resolutions, ensuring that they're empowered to resolve their problems independently.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary, maintaining open communication with customers and team members.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up when required, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Experience

Working Hours
