Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Sales Representative on our social media sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through proactive engagement with customers on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. You'll work closely with our clients, who are business coaches, to sell their coaching programs and services, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to close deals and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage with customers and drive sales growth on social media platforms

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Utilize your creativity and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
  • Collaborate with our team to share best practices, knowledge, and insights to drive continuous improvement and growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English language proficiency

  • Strong interest in the sales field and a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
  • Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales tools
  • Experience working with business coaches or in the coaching industry
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation Expectations

* Entry Level: $600-$1,200/month

  • Experienced Level: $1,200-$3,000/month
  • Expert/Leadership Level: $3,000+/month
