Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to answer questions, resolve concerns, provide information, and offer assistance. Your role will be critical in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service, and you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' experiences. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat to answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide information
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by providing accurate and timely responses
  • Assisting with sales by providing product information and facilitating purchase decisions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of handling chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • A commitment to work independently with a minimum availability of 5 hours per week
  • Excellent written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services (training will be provided)

Work Hours & Location

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. We offer flexible hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours a week, based on your availability.
