Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required • 0-2 years of customer service experience (no experience needed) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications
