Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy, using MS Word and Excel to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Maintaining a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues, management, and customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
