As a Real Estate Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our database. You'll be responsible for updating and adding transactions, client information, and real estate data, ensuring that our records are current and comprehensive. Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for:

• Updating and adding transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database
• Examining and amending data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborating with your teammates to resolve any discrepancies found in the data
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of client data
• Assisting in creating reports and presentations using the data acquired
• Performing secretarial duties, including filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school certificate or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is ideal but not necessary
• A solid background in data entry or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the language and procedures used in real estate
• Proficiency in computers, including the MS Office suite and data input programs
• Remarkable precision and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Outstanding organizing and time management skills
• Good communication abilities, particularly while working in a remote team
