Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in engaging with patients, members, and customers to discuss their healthcare needs, benefits, and in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging and educating patients about their healthcare options and benefits
- Building meaningful rapport with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Presenting the value of our healthcare program in a way that resonates with each patient's unique situation

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
- Ability to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
