As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Operate all equipment, including computers, telephones, and other machinery, to efficiently process orders and complete tasks
  • Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and maintained
  • Prepare products, including pizzas, sides, and beverages, to meet customer demands and quality standards
  • Receive and process telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Clean equipment and facilities daily, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Functions/Skills:

* Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues

  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator as needed
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, navigating software and systems with ease
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

Work Conditions:

* Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks

  • In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas, with sudden changes in temperature possible
  • Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces/tools from over 500 degrees or higher
  • Cramped quarters, including walk-in coolers, with hot surfaces and sharp edges present
  • Standing for most tasks, with walking surfaces including ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas
  • Height of work surfaces between 36" and 48", with occasional climbing of stairs or ladders to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance
  • Lifting bulk product deliveries, weighing up to 50 pounds, with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5', and carrying large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, or pizza sauce, weighing 30 pounds
  • Pushing trays on dollies, requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds, and pulling trays as needed
  • Stoop/bending, forward bending at the waist, and crouching/squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas
  • Reaching, up, down, and forward, with occasional reaching above 72" to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on signs, or lift and lower objects to and from shelves
  • Hand tasks, including eye-hand coordination, frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists, and grasping cans, the phone, the pizza cutter, and pizza peel
