Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting current customers with payments, questions, and service, ensuring their needs are met with prompt, accurate, and friendly support.
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships, following up with clients as needed to ensure their satisfaction.
- Providing exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification, and other service-related tasks.
- Quoting new policies, submitting applications, and assisting sales staff as needed to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Property & Casualty license (a plus, but we'll train the right candidate)
- 1-2 years of office experience (preferred, but not required)
- Trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening

Compensation and Perks
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Our benefits package includes:
