Implementation Analyst (Rio de Janeiro, RJ, BR, 20031-004)

Responsibilities

Octave is looking for individuals are responsible for delivering end-to-end customer solutions that combine product implementation and system integration. The role involves configuring applications, enabling interoperability with client systems, and ensuring the technical solution achieves the intended business outcomes.  Responsibilities include: • Works directly with clients to manage initial system setup, integration configuration, data mapping, and transfer activities during deployment. • Configures and customizes applications to meet client business processes and integration requirements. • Designs and tests interfaces, API connections, and data flows to ensure successful system interoperability. • Tests and troubleshoots functionality across implemented and integrated systems to validate performance and resolve technical issues. • Identifies and documents functional and integration issues for escalation to product and system integration teams for resolution. • Creates process documentation, including functional requirements, design specifications, and lessons learned. • Provides technical feedback to product and professional services teams based on client experiences to drive solution and process improvements. • Provides or coordinates client training related to implemented and integrated solutions. • May work directly with clients on-site or support projects remotely. • May participate in pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations or integration scoping discussions.
